• Where is the store based?

  Windsor, Canada

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, with an asterisk.

  All products are technically available everywhere, but shipping is always cheapest within North America. Shipping abroad is available, but the price may be especially expensive!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Sweaters: Are manufactured overseas and will take 1-2 weeks for the sweater to be made! Once it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. In total, it takes 3-4 weeks from order to arrival arrive for economy, 2-3 weeks for express.

  Stickers: Are sent by regular untracked lettermail. As such it could take up to 2 weeks for international orders.

• Where's the rest of your stuff?!

  I'm currently replenishing stock and cooking up new things. ; ) I just wanted to offer the tanuki sweater in the meantime!

• My August 2024 HI/BYE totes/shirt hasn't arrived yet/what's my tracking number?

  Hi! So - I'm very new to all of this, and in my foolishness, chose an untracked method of sending these all out. All orders from this batch were sent via my country's usual post service, Canada Post, under Small Packet Air. It's unlikely your package is lost - it's just a little slow. If three weeks elapses from the time you got the shipping notification, let me know and I'll inquire with Canada Post. If I ever use Small Packet Air again, it'll clearly be marked as untracked, and tracked will always be available!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
